Job Description and Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Services Agent (GSA) will be responsible for providing courteous, prompt, professional and attentive service up to hotel standards at all times. The GSA is expected to go above and beyond to ensure that guests experience our singularly unique lakeside hospitality. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard: Consistently provide a high level of customer service to all guests and crew Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures as required Accommodates.
