Based in Lewes, this business is easily commutable from Brighton, Hove, Crawley, Eastbourne, and Worthing. Key Responsibilities of the UK Field Service Manager will include: Planning and managing the workload of field Service Engineers covering the whole of the UKSupporting the UK and overseas with any technical queries and support building relationships with Key clients and Internal stakeholders Developing processes and procedures looking at continuous improvements in the efficiency of recording and managing compliant documentation and service records Although this role is predominantly managing a small team of Field Service Engineers there will be times you will be required to support and be hands-on Setting and managing KPIs For the UK Field Service Manager role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess: Previous experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
