Malvern Theatres Trust Ltd. welcomes applications for the following: - Malvern Theatres is a nationally renowned arts complex set in the heart of the beautiful Malvern Hills AONB. We are seeking an exceptional individual to contribute to its ongoing success. HEAD OF DEVELOPMENTFull time post 5 days a week (37 hours)Salary £37,400 per annum Responsible to the Chief Executive, the Head of Development will be responsible for devising and implementing the fundraising strategy for Malvern Theatres. Key responsibilities include attracting new funds and developing and managing special projects as appropriate; Making formal written applications to trusts and foundations; Presenting to donors and funders; Regularly reporting to Board Members and the senior management team. The successful candidate will join us at a pivotal time as we realise our new vision for the future with the commencement of our £20 million Levelling Up project. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fundraising and a special interest in the performing arts. Excellent written, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work on one's own initiative.
