The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. This opportunity is remote and offers a flexible work schedule. Position Overview Reporting directly to the Regional Manager HR Shared Services, The Payroll Customer Service Representative will provide end-to-end support to our customer’s while delivering exceptional customer service. The incumbent will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and utilizing both our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and integrated applicant tracking systems. They will be resourceful and look for opportunities to gain efficiencies in our processes. Provincial HR Shared Services Staffing provides HR services such as but not limited to creating job postings, reporting, preparing/issuing electronic offer letters, entering employment data in HRIS system, and preparing and distributing electronic Onboarding documents. Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role required Experience working in HRIS and applicant tracking systems required. Experience working within an intake ticketing system is considered an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete high school education, Manitoba Standards, required. Post-secondary education in Human Resources. Successful completion of the Canadian Payroll Association, Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or equivalent education.
