Looking to gain more professional experience? Look at the opportunity below! What will your typical day look like? As an office attendant in the Operations Centre, your main duties will be to: • Process mail and courier requests • Reception and sorting of mails and notify recipients • Organization of the mailroom • Process printing requests for both documents and marketing materials • Assist when necessary with logistics of our conference rooms (setting up rooms as requested, moving furniture, transport heavy equipment or boxes), • Assist in the maintenance of our workspaces when necessary (ensure spaces are clean and ready for other users), • Respond to clients as needed • Other related duties including monitoring the inventory of supplies on the different floors and other clerical tasks • The standard work schedule will be from 8h30 am to17:00 pm.
