We have a fab opportunity for you to join us as a Community Host where you’ll be front of house delivering amazing customer service and going above and beyond to offer a wow experience. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running ensuring that each visitor to our beautiful office/community building has a fabulous visit and are warmly welcomed, after all they’re visiting the heart of our home! Whether you’re offering refreshments, briefing on fire safety arrangements, issuing visitor security passes, or just having a good old natter whilst they wait, the customer will be at the heart of everything you do. This is no boring desk job! As cheesy as it sounds you will play your part in keeping the good vibes flowing through the workspace. Imagine hosting charity events, sock swap ice breakers and networking with local neighbours and you’ll only scratch the surface! Apprentice or CEO - we’re big on treating everyone with the same respect helping towards people returning again and again. Typical day as a Community Host · To provide a great first impression to all the visitors to One Strawberry Lane · Working with local neighbours and voluntary and community social enterprises (VCSE) · Championing and being an ambassador for our inclusive and accessible workspace. · Keeping the building fresh and vibrant by maintaining building standards and event coordination · Maintain the safety measures of the building. · Being responsible for audio visual equipment Working for one of the top 10 Great Places to Work in the UK, you will help support in community activities, while adding value to the smooth running of the freshest workspace in town!
