A Day in the Life of a Site Supervisor As a Site Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our complex commercial construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing all site activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, and building codes, and orchestrating the coordination of labour, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines. You'll collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractors to maintain alignment with project goals. In addition to managing site documentation and resolving conflicts, you'll prioritize site cleanliness, and health and safety programs, and play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff members. With your unwavering commitment to excellence, you'll uphold our reputation for delivering top-notch results and foster strong relationships with our clients and internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a construction supervisor or foreman position within the restoration/emergency industry or commercial construction, with a solid track record of leadership. A high level of construction and restoration process knowledge, along with project scheduling expertise. A detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for commercial properties affected by various damages such as water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism is essential, as is familiarity with Canadian building codes and related regulations. Strong communication skills in both English and French (a bonus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and knowledge of Xactimate are required. Are You Ready to Join Our Team?
