DAY-TO-DAY As our Hotel Executive Housekeeper, you work to ensure all guest rooms are clean and contain all required amenities. Leading by example, you practice positive guest relations to ensure that each guest feels at home during their stay. And if that's not enough, you also keep a close eye on the laundry area and train our housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques to ensure a safe work environment.To keep things running smoothly, you schedule housekeeping staff weekly, assign rooms daily for cleaning, and manage inventory for in-room and operational supplies. You also conduct quarterly linen inventory to ensure everything is in check and collaborate closely with the front desk to keep each room's status up-to-date. And when it comes to lost and found items, you maintain accurate records and inventory, always striving to return items to guests whenever possible. It makes you feel good to lead a team that is so efficient and effective at keeping things clean! REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOTEL EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER Experience with Hilton's ONQ system Experience as a cleaning supervisor or executive housekeeper Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift Exposure to cleaning chemicals Bilingual speaking abilities are preferred but not required.
