Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for exp RNs (no contract) Schedule: 3 x 12 hr shifts a week, totaling 36 hrs/wk 1900-0730 with shift change Weekend and holiday rotation Incentives and Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education Up to $20,000 Student Loan Forgiveness Can access Loan Forgiveness & Tuition Reimbursement simultaneously $16,000 for RN to BSN Bridge Program Shift differentials- Days, Nights, Weekends Health/Dental/Vision available Day 1 Free Parking Stay Pay Premium Eligible Who We Are: 6 Medical Surgical Unit is a 57 bed unit and is the largest unit at Mercy Hospital. Being a part of the Med/Surg team, you will work with a variety of diagnosis as well as using your nursing skills on a daily basis. You will see NG tubes, corpaks, CBI, chest tubes, PD exchanges, traches, colostomy's, wound vacs, central lines, and foleys. We work in collaboration with the whole care team to help patients recover and be able to return home or to a nursing facility. We are looking for compassionate and hardworking health care workers that are interested in being a part of great team.
