With a strong track record and a wide range of capabilities, they are a preferred choice for many organisations. The Role: They are expanding their services and utilise their framework contracts with core customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in Safety Management and Project-oriented Safety Management Systems POSMS. This role offers primarily remote working with occasional visits to the company office and customer sites. Duties: Delivering against the overarching program and establishing the safety management plan. Producing and/or assuring safety artifacts within specified timelines and quality standards. Physical and functional safety hazard/risk management. Operation of safety review meetings. Specialisms Required: Safety Legislation, Regulation, Standards, Conventions, and Policy. Safety Management Systems. Safety Management Planning. Through Life Safety Management. Safety Case Management and Reporting. Safety Hazard/Risk Management and Reporting. Safety Hazard Log Management. Management and Reporting of Safety-Related Aspects of Performance Measurement, Compliance Monitoring, and Change Control. Requirements: Demonstrated practitioner-level experience with Defence Equipment and Support safety management systems and processes, specifically POSM. Proven ability to lead safety management tasks within the Defence Equipment and Support organisation.
