TWD is currently seeking a Intermediate Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to support our headquarters in Calgary, AB as an Independent Contractor. Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer. The incumbent will utilize their sound technical skills to provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering, and prepare high quality design packages, as required. Key Accountabilities Provide Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance engineering support to terminals across Canada. Frequent travel to site will be required for this role. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to operations and maintenance during troubleshooting activities to recover plant production, as required. Lead or provide technical support during incident investigations. Review equipment test results and advise on the frequency and scope of maintenance activities or if repairs / replacements/equipment upgrades are needed. Participate in risk analysis work activities, develop engineering solutions for various plant issues. Develop, present and/or make modifications to scope of work for maintenance as well as provide support during execution. Responsible for small to medium MOCs.
