They will assist clients in navigating the complex and ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and dynamic, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and be a team player.Duties:Provide legal advice and representation to clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate cyber threats and comply with data protection regulations.Conducted legal research and drafted documents related to cybersecurity and data privacy issues.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to cybersecurity incidents.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.Membership to the WA State Bar.Strong academic credentials with excellent legal research and writing skills.Superb oral communication skills.Dynamic and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Membership to the WA State Bar.Skills:Experience in cybersecurity and incident response.Excellent legal research skills.Strong writing skills.Superb oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.Benefits Offered:The firm offers a full range of elective health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; robust mental well-being benefits; child, family, elder, and pet care benefits; short- and long-term disability benefits; a health savings account (with applicable medical plan), flexible spending accounts, long-term care insurance, and a 401K program.
