Summary of responsibilities: Play a key role in the process of purchase invoices’ recordings and truck sales transactions, including calculating the sales representatives’ commissions ; Build trusted relationships with our suppliers by processing O&I and inventory invoices in a manner that meets payment deadlines, as well as performing routine supplier statements’ audits ; Process employee expense accounts by validating that the expense classification, tax processing and supporting documents provided are adequate ; Ensure financial statement integrity by tracking, reconciling and accounting analysis of various assigned GL accounts, including tracking prepaid accounts; Play a key role in the closing process of the accounting month by recording the necessary amounts; Actively participate in the implementation, execution and monitoring of internal controls across our seven branches to ensure financial statement integrity ; On a monthly-basis, travel to other branches (Laval, Vaudreuil, St-Eustache,.
