As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 4 engineers on permanent night shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 10 PM to 6 AM. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of 4 engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations. Hands-On Support: Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support as needed to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Schedule Management: Coordinate and allocate tasks, ensuring the team meets maintenance schedules and targets. Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Requirements: Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Hands-on experience with maintenance tasks and equipment troubleshooting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, Monday through Thursday.
