Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Patent Bar. Skills:Experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
