IT Project Manager Markham, ON Full-Time (Hybrid) Reports to: IT Director The ERP Project Manager is responsible for project tracking for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. You will ensure end users are trained and the ERP systems are functioning properly, allowing the business to run smoothly. Responsibilities: Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications Provide ERP application support for all users across the organization Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards Manage & maintain ERP reporting flows Maintain & troubleshoot EDI data flows Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc. Partner with vendors regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases. Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the organization Must-Haves: Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking-related technologies, or a similar field 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with QAD EE, cloud-based ERP systems led an ERP implementation Ability to train users with a variety of skill levels.
