Are you an experienced and skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity in the North East of Scotland? Randstad C and P are seeking a dedicated individual on behalf of a leading facilities management client, to play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems of commercial properties with the North East of Scotland. This is a full: time, permanent position and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Benefits: Competitive annual salary of up to GBP37,500. Company van and fuel card. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular PPM tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to electrical faults, breakdowns, and emergencies to ensure the smooth operation of commercial properties. Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades as required, adhering to industry regulations and best practices. Participate in an on: call rotation to provide emergency support outside regular working hours. Receive additional on: call allowance for your commitment. Utilise your troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Provide detailed reports as needed. Collaborate with the maintenance team, property managers, and external contractors to coordinate work and ensure a high standard of service. Requirements: Relevant electrical qualifications (e. g. NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds 2365) and be a fully qualified electrician. 18th edition City and Guilds.
