We are O2’s largest UK partner and an award winning telecommunications business, our teams are passionate about the best customer service and spend their time finding the best communications solutions for businesses nationwide. Our Account Management team manage medium and large business customers, managing the relationship, supporting with any issues and ensuring we renew business and upsell where possible. Occasional visits to customer sites in the local area may be required so a driving license is needed for this role. What does the role involve? Managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with each customer Answering queries and supporting with any customer issues Analysing customer usage on a monthly basis to identify areas for growth Maintaining a strong knowledge of Aerial Direct’s product base (including Fixed-line phones, networking services and I. T services) to proactively sell to existing customers Managing monthly renewals of contracts and maintaining a high renewal rate Working to KPIs and targets around renewals and profit growth Handling all complaints and troubleshooting issues for customers Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve queries for customers Providing advice and guidance on technical products Representing Aerial Direct to the unified comms customer base What’s in it for you?
