We are seeking Servers to join the SMU Dining Services team at the Gorsebrook Pub at Saint Mary's University! As a Server at the Gorsebrook Pub, you are upbeat, can multi-task, and are committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience to our guests! Job Responsibilities Assure quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu Assist with preparation and presentation of food and beverages Serve food and beverages to guests Assist with various event space set-up and take down Process customer transactions Balance and verify cash float Handle customer questions or concerns with support of the management team Ensure adherence to Aramark and Saint Mary’s University policies and procedures Additional duties may be assigned Qualifications 2+ years’ experience serving in fast paced customer service driven environment Smart Serve certification considered an asset Must have flexible availability as evening and weekend work is required Outgoing, conversational, skilled in relationship building Full and part time positions available! Full-time positions offer candidates the opportunity to become union members with SEIU Local 2.
