redi-Group North America LLC is currently accepting applications for Team Leader. The Team Lead (TL) supports of all Yard Team activities whose main function is transporting customer vehicles during the shipping process throughout the campus in a timely orderly fashion. The TL serves as proxy for shift supervisor as needed. Responsibilities: Accountable to Shift Supervisor for Yard Team operations Train new and existing staffing and rG associates as required Assist Offline Support position with Yard Management and Headcount organization Transport cars to specifically identified lot locations as determined by paperwork and or computer directions Follow all Process Instructions as documented unless otherwise directed by your Immediate Supervisor or Offline Support Teammate Document every car for process completion Observe and comply with ALL road directional signs and lights Obey ALL Safety aspects of operating a motor vehicle Comply with all pedestrian traffic rules Observe drivers/ process areas to ensure that we are being proactive in preventing mutilation Minimum Requirements: A good attendance history and performance required Needs to be flexible for scheduling and available for over time Strong work ethic is a priority Prior leadership experience preferred Good verbal English communication skills Basic computer and data entry skills redi-Group North America LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
