With a warm smile, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. Customer service-driven, you enthusiastically answer phones and answer questions as needed. Keeping our guests comfortable and happy is your top priority.You keep the front desk area clean and presentable. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns.
