The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview In a collaborative environment, under the general direction of the Manager, Supply Chain, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface General Hospital, the SUPERVISOR, WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION is responsible for: developing and maintaining all processes related to receiving product and supplies, inventory management, and distribution to end users. This includes organizing the physical, financial and human resources involved in maintaining the integrity of the receiving and distribution function within the supply chain; carrying out management practices in accordance with the Hospital's management values, and operating standards, including but not limited to matters of Infection Control, Accreditation and Quality Monitoring, and Collective Bargaining Agreements; participating on appropriate Hospital-wide and external committees, and in professional associations; and performing other related duties as required. Experience Three (3) years of progressive related experience required, preferably in a health care setting. One (1) year supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
