Non-Executive Director – Luxury Fitness/ Leisure London Commitment: 1 Day Per Week We are excited to be working with a growing investment group who are enhancing their already strong portfolio of hospitality and leisure brands. The business has gone from strength to strength, with plans to grow across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic and ambitious luxury fitness concept within their portfolio. The Individual: We are looking for a hands-on CEO/ COO with a background in the leisure industry and possesses experience with fundraising and growth across the UK and Middle East. The ideal candidate has to understand the luxury market and be able to commit to 1 day per week. Requirements: Extensive background in Leisure/ Fitness Industry at CEO/COO level Operations background preferred Thorough understanding of boutique fitness and luxury leisure Ability to guide a business to a successful exit A strong understanding of fundraising and debt recovery Hands-on approach and willingness to immerse yourself in the business Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans and objectives. Participate in Board meetings, providing constructive input and challenging assumptions when necessary.
