Job Title Head of Sales – Events Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + GREAT Benefits Location: London I am working with a growing London Events business who are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join them on their journey These guys work around some of London's most ICONIC venues and so need someone who can build fantaistc relationshis, full of personality, and with great leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets Recruit, train and develop the sales team Support with preparation of quotes and tenders Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets Prepare and present sales reports Maintain & build new relationships with venues Identify new revenue opportunities across the business Attend networking events and continue to grow network of industry contacts Skills and Experience: A proven track record leading sales teams from an events background Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability A creative thinker Strong organisational skills and detail orientated Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team Excellent industry knowledge A strong work ethic.
