At IKEA, it is all about our customers, and we are looking for candidates with a passion for helping people by ensuring smooth aftersales delivery in our brand-new electric vehicles (EV). IKEA has a sustainability commitment to complete all deliveries via EV by 2025, and you will play a big role in it. As part of the resolution service, your role will be aftersales delivery and collection directly to customer homes as well as helping them to find the best solutions for their issues with speed and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be self-reliant, eager to contribute and have a positive problem-solving approach to any tasks and challenges, also to be able to carry out manual tasks when required. We provide detailed training during onboarding. Prior experience in customer service or retail is desirable while not essential. WHAT WE OFFER • £17,000 per annum for 24 hours per week • We operate 7 days a week; this role will require evening work until 21:00pm a couple of times a week, as well as weekend work (3 in 4 weekends for part-time). Due to Health and Safety regulations, successful applicants are required to be at least 18 years of age and have held a valid and clean driver's license (Category B) for at least 24 months, and to undergo and clear a background check before commencing in this role.
