Position Overview Under the leadership of the Director, Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Staffing Office, including the effective and efficient operation and utilization of the staff scheduling system and related processes. The ESP System Administrator is also responsible for the coordination, provision and supervision of the daily Staffing Office operations including: participating in interviewing, training, orientation, scheduling, monitoring of work performance, and input into staff performance appraisals. Experience Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar or directly related position required, preferably in automated staff scheduling. Demonstrated experience in the use of ESP scheduling system required. Demonstrated supervisory and/or management experience required. Experience working with SAP preferred. Above average proficiency and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Payroll experience preferred.
